Accredited by the Higher Learning Commission, accepted candidates may also have access to financial aid should they meet the qualification requirements.

Popular courses include automotive technology technical certificate, collision repair technical certificate, dental assisting technical certificate, welding, culinary arts, and HVAC technology technical certificates, among others.

Accepted applicants will develop critical skills and be able to earn some income while they learn. Along with the technical skills required for excellence on the job, the school also teaches administrative and management skills that will serve students well when pursuing career growth opportunities.

Approved by the US Department of Labor and recognized by the Arkansas Department of Career Education, candidates who apply for the construction programs here will also be glad to know they will graduate from NCCER-approved programs.

Candidates must attend classes between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday. Graduates in good standing with the academy may qualify for financial aid and job placement assistance.

Along with the master pipe and structural welding program, Arkansas Welding Academy also offers OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 training.

Here, candidates can receive training in an array of electrical technology fields. The program operates on a curriculum set by the National Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee recognized by both the US and Canada.
