These include how medications are handled, inventory systems, calculations used in pharmacy practice, pharmacy regulations such as HIPAA, compliance standards, and how everyday pharmacy operations are conducted. Additionally, accepted applicants are prepared to sit for the certification examination administered by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board.
