Participants can start training at any time, thanks to the open enrollment policy, and will also be eligible to qualify for certification from the American Council on Exercise. At the beginning of the course module, students will learn key concepts in ACE-integrated fitness training, rapport facilitation, behavioral change, and functional assessments.

They will then continue to improve their skills through core balance and flexibility classes, respiratory fitness, exercise implications for musculoskeletal injuries, and other relevant topics.

It is also designed to prepare candidates for the Certified Personal Trainer credential offered by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Additionally, the course includes a sports nutrition component, allowing those who complete their training to qualify for certification as sports nutritionists.

The curriculum encompasses multiple crucial areas, including components of the human movement system, body energy production, biomechanics and terminology, as well as cultural respiratory training components, among others.

Afterwards, students will be paired with top-class trainers, allowing them to continue improving their skills in actual training facilities in the real world.
